| The Practice can provide a full range of Quantity Surveying services, including budget estimates, feasibility studies, cost planning, preparation of Preliminaries and advice on the selection of suitable forms of contract, preparation of full or approximate Bills of Quantities, advice on tendering methods and procedures, tendering, tender reports, valuations and cost control during contract progress and the preparation and settlement of Final Accounts. Where the chosen procurement route is design and build, we can prepare Preliminaries and Employer's Requirements. We can also provide advice on planned maintenance and term contracting. |
